Schedules & Activities
Session schedules can vary in many ways. There are only a few things that we ask you to keep consistent across the board. This page will help layout all of the information you need to help put your schedule together.
Meals
Times - These times are set and cannot be changed without contacting the camp office in advance.

- Breakfast - 8:00 am
-
Lunch - 12:30 pm
-
Supper - 6:00 pm
Canteen
What is it?
Canteen is a snack and a drink.

Who gets it?
Every camper gets canteen. Faculty are also invited to partake.

How much does it cost?
Camper canteen costs are built into the camper registration cost. There is no charge during sessions. This is also one way we say "Thank you" to our faculty for serving.

When is it?
Canteen takes place in the afternoon and evening. We typically say 3 and 9:30, but this can easily change. Put it whenever you want in your schedule, and if it needs to change just talk with the Hospitality Specialist on duty.

Special considerations:
We want canteen to be a special time for all of our campers. This part of the camp experience. However, in order for it to be a positive experience for everyone, there are some limits that are put in place to help regulate sugar and caffeine.
-
There will be fewer options and no caffeine options for our Day Campers and First Timers.
-
For our 5th & 6th Grade, Middle School, and Jr. High campers there will be limitations on caffeine options for the evening canteen time (in particular, no Mountain Dew).
-
There will be sugar-free options and smaller portions available for our Wonderfully Made campers.
Archery
Age:
Archery starts for 4th grade campers. We would like each session for 4th graders and up to schedule a time during the week.

Scheduling:
A camp staff member will run the Archery Range. Therefore, you must schedule a time during the week for this activity. You can fill out the form HERE.

Where:
The Archery Range is located on the back ridge behind the storage trailers (semi trailers).
Zip Line
Age:
Zip Line starts for 4th grade campers. We would like each session for 4th graders and up to schedule a time during the week for zip line.

Scheduling:
A certified Zip Line Facilitator will run the zip line. Therefore, you must schedule a time during the week for this activity. You can fill out the form HERE.

Where:
The zip line tower is located across the main drive from Cedar Lodge (Dorm).
Team Building
Age:
Team Building can happen with any age group, but we see it start to be more successful with 5th & 6th Graders.
-
We have some confidence course/team building initiatives in the woods (Spider Web, All Aboard, Balance Beam, Gator Pit). We also have other team building activities that we can facilitate anywhere on campus.
-
Some things you can lead on your own if you wish, but we recommend having a staff member facilitate these activities.
-
We currently do not make use of our "wall" or "trust fall" initiatives.

Scheduling:
You can either fill out the form HERE to request a date/time or you can contact Nathan or Adam to talk about different options.
