This is a standard main session of camp for those entering sixth through eighth grade in the fall. Campers who attend this session will stay in the Cedar Lodge dorms and spend a large part of time in the Pavilion. Activities for main sessions will include worship, missions, Bible lessons, campfire and more.

These sessions might also include special activities such as the following: carpetball tournaments, talent shows, zip line, capture the flag, canoeing or paddle boating, gaga ball, nine square, etc.

About Your Dean: Jimmy Ranshaw
Grades 6th - 8th July 6-11, 2025
Jimmy Ranshaw is the Nextgen Minister at Plum Creek Christian church. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Student Ministry and Biblical Studies, and Master’s Degree in Leadership from Cincinnati Christian University. May it rest in peace. Jimmy has been doing Student ministry for over 20 years and has spent most of those summers Deaning Junior High/Middle School camps and retreats. Jimmy is from Northern Kentucky and has spent his entire ministry career in the Cincinnati area. Jimmy is married to his High School Sweetheart, Molly, and they have four kids ranging from 13 years old down to 3 years old. In his free time, Jimmy loves to take trips in his 1923 Ford Model T. Jimmy loves seeing Jesus transform students' lives and can’t wait to lead the Middle School Camp this Summer.
